These terms apply to your use of knitcraftbox.com and any products you get from KnitCraftBox. By using this website or downloading our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital products

All KnitCraftBox products are digital PDF downloads. No physical products are shipped. Files are delivered electronically after your order is complete.

2. License and permitted use

When you download a pattern, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to print and use it. You may not resell, share, copy, upload, or distribute the PDF files, in whole or in part, whether free or paid.

3. Items you make

You are welcome to sell finished bears and items you sew yourself using our patterns, made in small handmade quantities. Please do not claim the pattern design as your own.

4. Safety

Our pattern uses a joint-free design, but you are responsible for choosing safe materials and supervising young children. Safety eyes and small parts can be a choking hazard for children under 3; use embroidered features for babies and toddlers.

5. Accuracy

We work hard to make our patterns accurate and easy to follow. Results can vary depending on fabric, printer settings, and sewing experience.

6. Limitation of liability

KnitCraftBox is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
